Teaching philosophy

Frederic Le Roy is dedicated to teach and develop a profound knowledge of the concepts of strategic management, industrial analysis and entrepreneurship. He wants the students to grasp the bigger picture of management strategies and at the same time teach them about critical thinking and the ability to make crucial decisions in problematic situations.

AmphiUsing a mix of teaching methods (e.g. lectures, case studies, group-work and simulations), he draws upon recent research results and his own experiences combined with “real life” cases. He aims at giving the students a ballast of fundamental learning skills on strategic behaviour and management which they can benefit from in their future careers and give them a clearer view of how the world turns from a management perspective.
